Reeds lang gefascineerd door tekeningen en schilderijen, hebben de talrijke
vakanties in de wondermooie Provence de vonk van de aquarellen doen overslaan.
Het prachtige licht in deze mediterrane streek was mijn eerste bron van inspiratie.
Om het aquarellen onder de knie te krijgen, heb ik cursussen gevolgd bij meerdere kunstenaars:
Wilma Ulrix, Theo Verhulst en Robert Caubergh.
Landschappen en stillevens genieten mijn voorkeur met een extraatje voor bloemen.
Ik maakte mijn debuut op de kunsttentoonstelling in Linter in 2003.
Daarna nam ik ook deel aan het 1ste Hagelands Aquarelsalon in 2005.
In 2006 toonde ik werken in Landen (WAK).
2007 was het jaar van de Intergemeentelijke Kunsttoer met werken die gepresenteerd werden in Geetbets.
Het 2de Hagelands Aquarelsalon is de verdere evolutie van mijn werk.
In het voorjaar 2008 nam ik deel aan de WAK in Landen (25 april tot 4 mei)
Van augustus tot november 2008: tentoonstelling in het Kapittelhuys Hoegaarden samen met Hilde Cologne.
Een tentoonstelling in het restaurant "Carrousel" in Hoegaarden liep tot eind mei 2009.

Watercolours: my passion!
I was fascinated for a long time by paintings and drawings. I first started painting during holidays in the South of France.
The beautiful light in this Mediterranean region was my first source of inspiration.
To paint in watercolours, I initially attended a number of courses, given by several artists, including Wilma Ulrix, TheoVerhulst and Robert Caubergh.
My preferred subjects are landscapes, still life and flowers.
I showed my first works in the first Art Exhibition of 2003 in Linter (B).
Then I participated in the first “Hagelands Aquarelsalon” of 2005, also in Linter.
In 2006, my works were included in an exhibition in my home town, Landen (B).
I took part in the “Touring” exhibition in 2007. My works are showed in Geetbets (B).
The “2nd Hagelands Aquarelsalon” , 17 and 18 November 2007 showed the evolution of my work since 2003.
Spring 2008 (25 April until 4 May) I took part on the 2nd art exhibition in Landen.
From August until November 2008: Exhibition in "het Kapittelhuys in Hoegaarden" together with Holde Cologne
An exhibition in the city of Hoegaarden in the restaurant "Carrousel" stopped end of May 2009.

Las acuarelas : mi pasión!
Fasinada desde hace mucho tiempo por los dibujos y los cuadros, la chispa para las acuarelas saltó gracias a las numerosas vacaciones pasadas en la Provenza.
La luz magnífica de esa región mediterránea fue la primera fuente de inspiración.
Rosette siguió cursos bajo la dirección de varios artistas con el objetivo de dominar las técnicas de la acuarela. Así trabajó con Wilma Ulrix, Theo Verhulst y Robert Caubergh.
Prefiere los paisajes y las naturalezas muertas con una atención muy especial para las flores.
Hizo su debut en la muestra de arte de Linter en el año 2003.
Después participó en el pimer salón de la acuarela de la región Hageland en el año 2005.
En el año 2006 exhibió sus obras en Landen (WAK).
El año 2007 organizaron la vuelta interurbano de arte con obras presentadas en Geetbets .
Continuó su trabajo con su participación en el segundo salón de la acuarela de la región Hageland
En la primavera del año 2008 Rosette participa otra vez en WAK. (del 25 de abril al 4 de mayo)
Par el momento hay una exposicion en "Hoegaarden, "Restaurant Carrousel".
